If playback stutters on mobile networks, try switching to Wi‑Fi or lowering the playback quality in the course player settings (when available).

Refunds are available when requested within the policy window shown at purchase (and required by local law). If you’re not sure, message us with your order email and purchase date.

Learning paths group lessons into a practical order. If you’re new, start with foundations, then move to workflow and advanced modules. If you already have experience, you can skip ahead — the player will still track your progress.

Tip: set a weekly cadence (for example, 3 sessions × 30 minutes). Consistency beats marathon sessions.

Some courses include a downloadable certificate after completing required modules. If a certificate is available, you’ll see it in your course dashboard.

Make sure your profile name is correctly formatted before generating the certificate — support can help adjust it if needed.
